Start with your primary concern — acne, pigmentation or ageing — and choose from the matching Skin Care collection. If you're unsure, book a complimentary routine-building consult with the Dr. Meets Clinic team.
Our serum contains 10% niacinamide, a dermatologist-studied concentration for balancing oil and fading post-acne marks. It's suitable for daily use, morning or night, for most skin types.
We recommend starting 2–3 nights a week and building up as your skin adjusts, since retinaldehyde is an active ingredient. Always follow with SPF the next morning, and avoid combining with other strong actives (like AHAs/BHAs) on the same night when starting out.
They're related but not identical. Retinaldehyde converts to retinoic acid in fewer steps than retinol, which generally means faster results with less irritation — one reason we chose 0.1% retinaldehyde for our formula.
Our niacinamide and retinaldehyde formulas are studied for fading post-acne marks and evening out tone over consistent use (typically 8–12 weeks). For deeper or textured scarring, we'd recommend a consult with the Dr. Meets Clinic team.
Yes — all formulas are patch-tested and non-comedogenic. That said, if you have a diagnosed skin condition or are on prescription treatment, we recommend checking with your dermatologist before introducing new actives.
Generally: cleanser → serum (thinnest to thickest) → moisturiser → SPF (AM only). Actives like retinaldehyde go in the PM routine, after cleansing and before moisturiser.
Our formula uses 3% Redensyl, an ingredient studied for reactivating dormant hair follicles and reducing shedding. Most patients see visibly less fall in the shower drain and on the pillow within 8–12 weeks of consistent use.
Hair growth cycles are slow — most patients notice reduced shedding by week 6–8 and visible regrowth by week 12–16. Consistency matters more than quantity; daily scalp application works best.
Yes, our scalp serums are formulated to be safe alongside coloured or chemically treated hair. If you've had a recent chemical service (within 1–2 weeks), we'd suggest waiting until your scalp has fully settled.
Our formulas are primarily targeted at hair fall and scalp health. For active dandruff, we recommend our [Anti-Dandruff Shampoo/Scalp Treatment — link] alongside the serum, or a quick consult if symptoms persist.
Yes, Redensyl is suitable for pattern hair loss in both men and women. It doesn't affect hormone levels, unlike some other hair-fall ingredients.
Once daily, on a clean or towel-dried scalp, massaged in for even absorption. Avoid washing your hair for at least 4–6 hours after application for best results.
No. All our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals, at any stage of development.
No — every Skinojuve formula is free from parabens, sulphates and mineral oil by default, not just in select "clean" lines.
Because concentration is what determines whether an active actually works. We print the studied percentage of every hero ingredient (e.g. 10% Niacinamide, 3% Redensyl, 0.1% Retinaldehyde) so you know exactly what you're applying — no proprietary blends hiding weak doses.
Yes. Every formula is clinically trialled on consenting patients under dermatologist supervision at Dr. Meets Clinic before release, in addition to standard patch and stability testing.
Some actives (including retinaldehyde) are generally advised against during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please check with your doctor before starting any new active ingredient during this time, and feel free to reach out for guidance on which of our products are considered safer alternatives.
Most of our formulas are designed to suit normal, oily, combination and dry skin. If you have a specific condition (eczema, rosacea, diagnosed sensitivity), we recommend a quick consult before starting any new active.
